We offer a 'front door' to anyone in the community seeking information or assistance as well as specific-purpose appointments. We can provide information and support relating to a range of issues.

Our model of service alerts us to emerging patterns and trends. Issues requiring structural change or political intervention are identified and addressed through advocacy, community education, social policy and research initiatives.
